We are not asking you to be food critique, sometimes we need to check if service delivery is up to scratch, helping customer service managers, we work with large and small companies, with business owners to brand owners helping them to understand how their staff are doing and how they can do better and train better.
As a Mystery shopper we have a number of opportunities every month working with pub chains, finance companies to large retailers helping them to gain an insight into how they can improve their services.
Full training will be given including guidelines, including renumeration.
Not all our Mystery Shopping campaigns are paid, some will be using our rewards scheme, eg free meal or discounted meal or a voucher.
